not sure if my charge 4 is able to download the new. afib detector

Hello @mackinaw and welcome to the Community.  if you are in the US and your Charge 4 has firmware version 20001.78.33 or newer, then you should be able to use the Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification feature.  I had a large banner on my mobile app Today screen (like a step streak or firmware update notification) indicating that I could activate it.

 

If you somehow missed the banner, tap on your Discovery icon > Irregular Rhythms Notifications tile > Set Up Now.
