Charge 4 won’t charge

My new charge 4 has worked perfectly for about a month but now refuses to charge. I don’t get any vibration or the battery sign when I plug it in. I’ve cleaned (dry brushed) both parts but nothing is happening, I’m down to 74% in 2 days and wondering when it will stop working. I’ve tried to push the button on the side whilst charging (it’s not) but don’t get a smiley face. Help!

I’ve see you have attempted many troubleshooting tips…all really good ones. Unfortunately if your a charge 4 wont charge, unresponsive to a restart and all the parts are clean that are needed to get it charging are not working then my only suggestion would be to call Fitbit customer service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

 I wish I could have been more help but hopefully at least pointing you in the right direction is helpful.
