My fitbit charge 3 screen started flickering and it is moving between screens, modes by itself.

Hello Fitbit team! 

I am having this problem since today morning. The screen started flickering and it is not stable. The modes are changing by itself and I am unable to take control of my device. I tried rebooting and reconnecting the device to my IOS but nothing helped. 

Please help with this.

I am having the same problem with the flickering, smiley face constantly on won't hold a charge. A few days ago the clock face changed, I did not change it and it has not worked right since then, I cannot change the clock face back to where it has been since I bought it one and half years ago. Disgusted, to say the least.

It really sucks, Patti! 

I guess that FitBit comes up with a 6-7 months life, mostly! It's the time to switch because the support hasn't been that helpful in the meanwhile.

Also, my FitBit is still covered by warranty and I would certainly want a replacement if the option is available. I have tried everything possible to get it back to normal but I think it's a hardware problem and that cannot be solved.
