My fitbit charge 3 is 13 months old, the screen has gone blank but is still vibrating and syncing, I saw someone advise to change the clock face when I try to do this there is not a single clock face that I can chose, I just want a simple one but every one i pick says not compatible - where have the original clock faces disappeared to and how can i fix the blank screen , any ideas please - thanks sheila
