My fitbit not working

Hi , 

My fitbit charge 4 is not working, at first the display was very faint and couldn't see anything and now it's completely stopped working,I have tried everything and it's just won't work.

Have you restarted your Charge 4?

Did you see the Smiley?

Do the LED blink?

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me, I have tried to restart it several times and
once I felt it vibrate but can't see anything at all. It's just blank, I
have tried to reset the clock face , coz I read in the forum that it worked
for someone , so I tried that but nothing.
Is there anything else i can do?
