My screen cannot be read though is still tracking. Can no read the time and can barely read any thing else.

My screen is also very difficult to read. Half of the numbers are gone, the other half very faintly seeable. The device is a couple of months old, this came suddenly. 2-3 weeks ago.
I have restarted it several times, the 8 sec. version
I have done the 15 sec. recharging a couple of times
I downloaded the updates on the app.
What can I still do?
