My Fitbit Charge 2 is treated very carefully. I have not dropped it but it has a split in the screen on top that is causing it to not read correctly. Please give me instructions on how to repair my Fitbit baby.

Hi @LEANNSTEVERSON ,

 

First, please remove your email address from your post. To do this, tap the three dots at the top, right of the box and select Edit. This is a public forum. I’d hate to see you start getting all kinds of emails.

 

Second, It would be best for you to contact Support and ask them. I don’t think it is possible to repair the screen, but they would know best.
