My charge 2 has no screen despite charging. I even bought a new cable but it’s still not showing any  life. Tried to hold button down but nothing. Only 2 years old and not happy as trying to train for a half marathon. Can anybody help please?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist please let our Support team know so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so work with the team to find a solution.
