Need customer support - Tracker dead and cannot resolve from forum suggestions

I have loved my FitBit for the 7 months I have used it until this past week. My tracker started with black lines across the screen. Then it would not sync correctly to my app. One night I needed to recharge it because it was low, so the next day I wore it and everything seemed normal until I got home and realized my charge had gone from 100% down to 40 something. This has never happened, even when I have been heavily active it will only go down a few percent. So I decided to check out the community forums, I found other posts with similar issues and found suggestions to resolve. I first changed the clock face (didn't change anything), then I did the restart and the lines didn't go away but the charge seemed to come back and it synced, then it started to vibrate between home screen and notification screen just back and forth, it wouldn't show anything when I tapped it. So again I tried the restart and the screen got stuck with the smiley face icon. The side button also stopped working. Please helpblack linesblack linesstuck on smiley facestuck on smiley face
