Has anyone had problems with their Charge 4 inexplicably stop working (e.g. no longer responding to button presses or swipes, the display progressively losing pixelation until it's completely black, no being able to be reset) and needing to be replaced multiple times during their warranty period? I have had to get a replacement 3 times and now needing a fourth. Fitbit has refused to give me a fourth replacement because my device has been "previously replaced" even though I am still in my warranty period and I have also purchased the additional year warranty. I had sent back my 3rd non-functioning device at their request and would happily do so with the 4th because I am not trying to hoard devices or sell them. I just want a working device! I am so frustrated with this device and this company. I love the functions (when the device is actually working) and the app. But I will likely not purchase a Fitbit again.

Dear @NiseeR ,
You are not the only one, My tracker has been replaced multiple times and I read about at least several others. The problems you experienced are more common, I've had one with defect pixels, dead battery, failing heartratesensor, pairing issues, broken straps, non-responsiveness, weird GPS readings, etc.etc.
I do like the working of the tracker, however it doesn't function properly and breaks down very quick. Replacing the tracker is a solution for short term if Fitbit doesn't solve the quality issues or keeps replacing the trackers during a expected lifetime of a watch with the same price (say around 15 years). But they haven't done either one of them (yet?)
