I received my Charge 2 and the screen was dark. I put the FitBit Charge 2 on charge overnight. While on charge, I pushed the button, it did vibrate for a second, but the screen remained dark. It's completely dark. Help, Is it just dead on arrival?!

Which tracker do you have? I see you posted in the suggestions forum about a Charge 3.

This is a charge 2, my breadcrumb indicates that this is the Charge 2 portal per below.... I also have a Charge 3. so post there also.
