New band will not attach

The band on my charge 2 has died, I have a bona fide new Fitbit band but it will not attach to the Fitbit. Have tried other bands none will fit, have tried my husbands (bona fide) Fitbit band that sits on his fine and it won't fit properly on that either. It is though the little nubs on the sides of the Fitbit have become distorted. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Let me help you with your band not latching with your Charge 2. I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email so they can help you solve this issue.
