I have changed my phone handset to a samsung a8 and although its appears to be linked together my Fitbit will not sync and no info is getting updated. Why is this? I'm I missing something? I've trying disconnecting and connecting again. I've tried deleting app and re starting again. Any advice would be brilliant. Thank you

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
