After doing the update to Android app to 3.25 I noticed that there is a new update available for the Charge 3. Mine is on firmware version 28.0001.63.5.
I tried to the update, wich took a few seconds, while the app warned me that this could take up to 30 minutes. After those few seconds the app tells me the update was succesfull and my Charge is up to date, then it immediately reports that a new update is available...
The firmware version hasn't changed, but I don't know if that is the intention.
- I didn't have the usual notification with the red dot, but found the update in Help > Check for updates
- there was no white stripe on the Charge when it was updating, just loading,
- the Charge was attached to the cable as necessary, contacts are clean,
- bluetooth connection is okay,
- the Charge was close enough to the phone,
- I kept the page open,
- did several reboots of the Charge
- closed the app and cleared cache and data,
- restarted the app and logged in,
- restarted the phone
I tried over 10 times to update.
Does any moderator knows what is going wrong. Is there actually anything going wrong or does the app just keeps telling me to update due to an error? Is it a firmware update available or just minor changes or just nothing?
@KateFitbit could you maybe have a look at this?

Just the same here. I have tried it also a couple of times with no result!

I tried to do it too and I found the same. . Except I couldn't see if anything was on the screen as mine has died. Was hoping the update might help with that. But no.
