Newbie - Charge 3

Hello,

I’ve just bought a Charge 3 fitbit. Struggling with the setup. 
Could somebody help me with accessing the exercise on the tracker. It won’t let me access it, is there a special nack to it?

Did you swipe left from main clock face to 'Exercise'.

You would have to give more3 detail than "It won't let me access it".  Does that mean you can't find it, you found it but don't know how to use it, you tried to use it but got an error message, ...?

Thanks for coming back to me.

I can get to exercise on the face, but when swiping left it doesn’t go on to it.

Any more help would be much appreciated!

If you are swiping left on the exercise icon, that is not the way.  Tapping on the exercise icon gets you to the different types of exercise; swipe left there to see the different exercise types.

I have tried it now and still no joy.

I’ll keep playing round with it, hopefully it will work out.
