No 4 Digit Code During Set Up

Trying to set up my fit bit and showing 135❤️ On the screen and not a 4 digit code to enable me to set it up. I've tried to turn it off by holding for 12 seconds. Still staying the same. Please help.

Did you remove the sticker on the face of your ChargeHR? It's something easy to miss when setting up.

New HR charge won't since with HTC and only charging to half way mark. Had strange icon on halfway charge mark last night after starting to charge it.

Any thoughts.

Welcome @Lucieh247!  I'm so glad to know that @Odyssey13 was a big help for you. If you're still having issues with your battery charging, you can check the following: 

- The charging cable is plugged into a working USB port. 
- The end plugged into the tracker fits securely. 
- A battery image appears on the tracker's display.
