No High/Low Notifications

FITBIT WARNING

I posted the following as review and now here.  I contacted support and they broke it worse.  I have no high/liw notification settings.  It had stopped working but they removed the entire setting, mine was set for liw of 50 and high of 100.  Now can’t find at all.  Was going to upgrade to get new optional features but I have bradycardia and afib and heartrate and zone notifications are not optional!!!

WARNING:  Fitbit will remove critical features you purchase device for with no notice.  Be careful Fitbit will not help you protect your health if you buy this to track your heartrate!   I’ve had my Fitbit for years.  I don’t care to map my run, I just want to track my heartrate, the very most basic Fitbit feature!  I appreciated getting notifications and  I was getting high, low heartrate notices.  Also, my Fitbit used to tell me when my activity levels was high zones.  Lately, I have been feeling off.  Sometimes felt my heart beating oddly lately.  I checked my pulse on Fitbit and it was consistent and low.   Since I haven’t been getting any notices, I wasn’t so worried.   I finally went and looked in my actual heartbeat and it showed my heartbeat was 135 while I was sleeping.  This is over and over, BOTH missing notifications of high/low heartbeat  AND no congrats on workout.  I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t find where it ever told me that Fitbit would not be warning me when my heart rate was 135 when I was sleeping or notice/congrats of high activity levels.   I used those, I would know that I needed to look at my ECG because I do have an Apple Watch and a Kardia and I can check to see if I’m beating irregularly. Very excited when Fitbit also added afib detection!  It was so bad lately, I pulled out my old AppleWatch 6 and put it on other arm.  I watched for hours and Fitbit never showed over 70bpm and AppleWatch ECG showed AFIB over and over!  AppleWatch isn’t constant monitor and my Fitbit was my main checker.  Fitbit was so useful because I knew something was up when it congratulated me for exercising when I was sitting there watching TV!   It wasn’t a bug, it was a feature to me!  Hasn’t been doing that so I’ve been thinking I’ve been fine and apparently not.  I went thru history and many times it was high without warnings and the time I was in afib without Fitbit even registering one high heartbeat!?!?!  I wish I could post you screenshots!  This is a total rip off why they would take away such a critical Fitbit feature, I have no idea!  It is horrible the features I bought the device for are missing and twice as horrible Fitbit never notified about a change to basic feature I so depended on.  I assumed because device is working and I see data, it was providing ALL the features I purchased it for!!!  BEWARE!
