No Sleep Score On Charge 3

4 nights in a row now, no sleep score. 

on top of dark/totally unreadable screen

 

is there a fix for this? or am i purchasing (another) brand just 6 months after purchasing this fitbit Charge 3?

Hi there @singery, it's great to have you in the Community.

 

Thank you for the feedback and comments. For the display I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.

 

You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.

 

Also check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.

 

Regarding the Sleep score, check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device.
