I have worn a Fitbit charge 4 for a number of years since they were first introduced. In all that time I have only ever received 2 sleep scores. I have tried all the fixes recommended without success. I have suggested to Fitbit that the problem may relate to my Atrial Fibrillation. Despite my complaints Fitbit has never seemed to overcome my problem. I was given a Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic for Christmas and have worn it every night since. In the 6 days since Christmas, I have received a sleep score and related Data every day on my Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Classic but still no sleep score on my Fitbit Charge 4 which I have also continued to wear. Just saying so other users with my problem are aware.

I also see no sleep score on my charge 2. Only a few times

I have NEVER clicked on start sleep now
