Hello.

Is anyone able to explain for me why none of the following counts as active minutes?

Can’t help I’m afraid. I am finding minutes disappear. Did treadmill, checked active minutes were showing before I came off. 10 minutes later It’s gone to zero active minutes. Not the first time it’s done that.

I’ve had the issue of data either not tracking or disappearing after it was successfully tracked. Also, step counts jump all over the place and then drop down to about half of what they were showing before. They won’t even acknowledge my posts. This has been ongoing for awhile now. At first, everything was working extremely well, then there was that update that caused all of the syncing issues and it’s been continually downhill since then.

Mine is a new Fitbit. I contacted them and they came back quickly to ask me to reset and monitor it, so we will see if that helps

Still not showing active minutes despite the owner being in the fat burn, cardio and peak zones whilst walking, running, trampolining, all sorts.

Getting really naffed off with it. Mine and my wifes work okay.

Is there anyone from Fitbit available?

I've had this issue today, shows 20803 steps, which is correct but no active minutes, did 2 hour walk with my dogs in the morning and a shorter one in the afternoon and been on the go for the whole day, heart rate shows that I've been on the exercise zones for 10hrs and 59 minutes today. Also calories are wrong, only 1095 cals!!! Normally this time of the day with same step amount and activity it's around 2400 cals. Also the "time to get moving" hours didn't count today
