No clock on Charge 3

I have a new Charge 3 but there is no clock on the screen.  I have selected the clock face on the app, but still no clock on the screen.  The "home" screen is step counter.  Any ideas?

Without seeing your Fitbit in front of me it sounds as though you have swiped up from the clock face at some point.

 

If you press the left hand side "button" on your Fitbit you will (hopefully) see the clock face once more.

 

If that doesn't work could you take a picture of your Fitbit screen and upload it please so that we can get a better idea of what's going on?

Hi,

Thanks for the response and the idea. I have pressing the button, recharged, deleted all data, reset the clock face on the site, rebooted several times, spent 1/2 hour with the advocate on the support line. All to no avail. However, this morning it has miraculously corrected itself.

I have the same issue - tried all suggestions I found on forum left button, reset etc and also rebooted. Had charge 3 five days! No clock face, home screen shows Steps.

Hello,

I'm sorry that you are having the same problem I did.  I have no additional suggestions, except to call the help line.  I don't know why my clock face reappeared, but it did, and all has been well for several days.  I hope you resolve the problem.

Hi,

I just got my charge 3 today and the clock was there for about the first 3 hours and has been permanently replaced by the step counter now. I’ve tried rebooting and reinstalling but no change..
