Just got a fit bit. Put it on charge , it vibrates but I get no display ( not even a battery charging icon)

Thanks - tried this but no joy so will take it back to where it was bought from and ask for an exchange. Thanks for your help

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

If that doesn't help I would take it back to where ever you bought it and exchnage it. If you bought it at Fitbit then Contact Support

The only display is full charge display after restart.
Bluethooth not working so cannot sync with app.

Best AnswerIf there is no display, how do you reset it? The directions say to plug in and push the button. What button?
I have this problem too. I thought I would be smart and remove it so I could set it up again but I forgot that I would need the number on the Charge 2 to sync it again. Is there any other way of syncing it? Is there any way of seeing the number other than on the watch??
