No display

For a couple months, my FitBit Charge 3 is blank.  It started with the usual couple of black lines, then progressed to not turning on at all.  This is the third FitBit I've had that has had display issues and have had replacements in the past.

I tried the usual steps of resetting the FitBit on the charging cradle and changing the clock face.  I get no improvement.

The FitBit is still working, as I can sync and see activity in the app, but I'm unable to see what time it is, how many steps I still need for the hour, etc.

I'm hoping that now that Google has bought FitBit, the service will be better.  FitBit is the best rated fitness tracker on most sites I've checked, but they don't seem to track customer service.  I'm really tired of having this display issue on every tracker I've owned.  Please help.

My Charge 3 is just over a year old.  Screen died yesterday.  Everything else works.  I believe that I gave it 3 restarts.  Changing the clock face did nothing.

Mine is doing the same .. screen is black, it vibrates and I can read steps on app but nothing on screen .. I’ve tried to restart but get no smiley face and I changed clock .. I don’t know wat else to do

Mine is just over a year old and started this on July 21st. It died completely today. When I contacted customer support they offered me 25% off a new device. But I really don't know that I want to waste my money if I'm just gonna have to replace it every year.

I tried troubleshooting and couldn't find a solution. My Charge 3 has a black screen and vibrates almost nonstop. The button isn't responsive. Just wondering if there is something else I could try. It's less than a year old. I wear it everyday and it's helped me so much that now I'm lost without it! Resetting it has not helped. Also tried changing the clock face with no luck
