I woke up this morning and screen is black. No lights working. It synced and shows battery not dead. It hasn’t been working very well this past week. If the battery was dead I hadn’t received any notification it needed to be charged. What do I need to do? Thx

A blank screen is a common problem with the Charge 3 but I don't recall posts where it happens with the Charge 2.
I think a good thing to try is a restart of the fitbit. This does no harm and can sort out all sorts of problems. Here's how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

This happened to me at the weekend, Fitbit Support suggested trying a restart but that didn't work, I contacted them again and they are sending me a replacement out today. Can't fault the service I have had from them.
