No sleep Data on Charge 3 screen

I always sync my device every morning to see my sleeping data and it was shown in the app but it wasnt sync back to device. It was happen for long time please fix it asap

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the picture and for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've followed. At this time, I'd recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3 by doing the steps here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Thank for your replying sir. I had reset my device many time even hard reset, soft reset clear cache  and re-install but I still can fix my issue since the last update

After get updated for Fitbit app 3.42.1 in this morning on my android phone, this problem still not solved.
