Just went to log my steps on app the step count box as disappeared completely. Not even on edit bit just has cals etc how do I get it back tried everything to find it can anyone help please
Best AnswerIt looks as if your Fitbit account does not have a Charge 2 attached to it.
Please click/tap here which will take you to your connected devices. Do you see a Charge 2 listed?
You can also tap the settings on the phone app.

Best AnswerSo you are saying that there is no tracker connected to your account. This is what it looked like.
You will need to do an add device, adding your tracker.
May I ask what type of phone that you are having issues with?
You should not be seeing a message stating, bluetooth. Are you using the Fitbit app to setup the Charge 2?

Best AnswerYour dashboard will not show steps until there is a step counter connected to your Fitbit account.
May I ask which Samsung phone you have? Or search the forums with your model to see if people are having issues.
Had this Charge 2 ever synced through this phone?
Have you restarted thr Charge 2 and the phone?
Try clearing the phone's cache. And restart the phone.
