Keeps losing time. Now up to about eight minutes off. Time zone ok. How do you get it to “catch up” with the actual time?

@Losttime It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help with you with time on your Charge 2. The time will correct once it syncs with your phone. Still restart it before doing this. After that please follow these instructions if you are having any issues syncing your device.

Let me know how it goes.

My Charge 2 started losing time a few days ago after 2.5 years of no problem.  Yes, it updates when I sync, but I expect it to keep regular time through the day.  I've tried restarting it, I've tried turning off Bluetooth-restarting the phone-turning Bluetooth on, I've tried turning off All Day Sync.  Still losing time regularly.  Looking for a solution to stop this.
