Hi, got my charge 3 on Monday have checked and done everything suggested but still not receiving any text notifications however do receive ones for calls, also no weather information , definitely synced with phone and everything on allow that should be... help please

My advice take it back. Been having these issues since 2 days after Christmas. Fitbit says its its aware of the issues and is working on fixing it. But nothing has yet to be fixed. I loved my Charge 3 but not anymore. If you depend on your notifications like i do. Get something else.

I found a solution for getting my notifications back on my Charge 3 from my Samsung Galaxy S10. I installed the app Google Messages and made it the default in my phone. And then refreshed my Fitbit and my texts started coming back in instantly. Good luck!
