Screen on my Charge 3 stopped responding. I let the battery drain completely for a couple days, charged it fully and problem was still there. Checked for an update, Tried a long reset that was suggested from another forum. Reset didn't help the problem at all.

I can't help. My screen on tracker doesn't show anything. But a horizontal line.

I feel like it's a glitch in the last update because it didntd have any issues until after the last update. Either that or they're trying to phase out the older models.

When I woke up this morning I found nothing book horizontal lines on my charge 3. I contacted Fitbit today but any ideas how to solve this problem are welcome.
