After a recent update on the android app it appears the total step count has disappeared. Previous versions I was able to slide the bar chart to shift the year/month but now it is only showing an annual average by calendar year. Is there any way to get the total step count back?

Hi there @Prestiz. Welcome to Community Forums.

 

I appreciate the information shared. Fitbit devices use a 3-axis accelerometer to track movement. Our finely-tuned algorithm interprets the data from the accelerometer to provide a step count. When you sync your device, their step count appears in the Fitbit app.

 

You can try to restart your device.
