My charge 2 won't charge but there is a circle with an exclamation mark on the display.

@Leslewis12 Thanks for joining us! This may happen if your tracker is low on battery or if a firmware update wasn't complete. I suggest you clean the tracker's contacts with a toothpick or toothbrush and then use cotton with rubbing alcohol on the tracker and charging cable. After this plug the tracker directly to your computer's usb port (avoid using usb hubs) or the wall adapter that came with your phone and try charging it for 2 hours. You can try restarting it by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
If the issue is with a firmware update then make sure the tracker is fully charged and restart the tracker after this attempt the update again.

I have been charging my Fitbit but still no change in the screen...it still shows the circle with explanation point in it. I cleaned all areas and plugged it into my computer.
Can you help me understand what button to push to reset it?
This all happened when I tried to download the ap and sync it on my new phone yesterday. I had just charged it a couple days ago.
Not sure what else to do...any suggestions?

@reyco Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't working and for the delay in my reply. I would like to know which device do you have? The Charge 2 only has one button so there is no way to restart it without pushing that button. I also noticed that you have a ticket with Support so I wanted to know if they were able to help you?

Well, seems like the saga of the Charge2 experiencing weirdness continues. Last week was the less then 30 minute of usage between charges...and then all of a sudden, like magic, it fixed itself. But today, I try to charge my 2 year old Charge 2 and I get the Exclamation in a white circle. I don't know if this is a warning, or what but my Charge2 won't charge and it won't do any of the things in the previous troubleshooting threads I've read. I have cleaned contacts, plugged the charger into a computer, everything I have read here, but it won't reboot or charge. Please advise.

I am having the same issue. Randomly yesterday on July 3rd, my charge 2 turned off when it had 30% power left. Then it charged a bit and the charge lasted barely through the night. Now I have a circle with an I inside and it will not turn on or charge... I'm a litttle frustrated at it randomly not working. How can I create a ticket to figure it out? It's maybe 2.5 years old.
