A few days ago black lines appeared on the screen obscuring the clock face. Subsequently my Fitbit has failed to charge. It has been on charge all night and still has a flat battery. I miss my Fitbit!
My Charge 3 was going back and forth from clock screen to notifications and vibrating. Charged all night and now dead! Cannot restart normal way with charger and holding button down for 8-10 seconds. Is it really dead?
