Charge 3 stopped working

First the watch stopped syncing, showed the incorrect time, and stopped counting steps. That was yesterday, contacted Fitbit support who were zero help. Now screen is blank and watch just vibrates. Watch is 13 months old, conveniently 1 month out of warranty and the best they could do is give me 25% off a new watch. What a load of horse manure. Beware of buying anything from them, the quality is poor and customer service is even worse andtand don't stand behind their products. And you read this same thing about them all over the internet, how are they even still in business. Loyal Fitbit customer for years but this is the final straw, don't buy anything from them unless you are one to drop $150 every year on a new device.
