I'm seeing that I'm not not the only one with this issue in the forums. My Charge 3 has been needing to be charged at least once a day for the last week. I've attempted every fix suggested in the forums to no avail. Does anyone else find it interesting that the Charge 3s are starting to fail just as the Charge 4 starts being advertised? Curious that. Regardless, I can't seem to find where the online ticket request is - can anyone direct me please as I don't feel like waiting on the phone for 4 hours to speak with someone. Thank you.
