I only get this message from the Bluetooth "Make sure "Charge 3" is turned on and in range." I don't know how to be more in range the wearing my Fitbit while I'm holding my phone or iPad, the Charge 3 is already on. What can the issue be? How do you make the Dashboard on the website sync?
