I put my Fitbit on the charger at 20 % then later on it was dead still do I left it on all night. To get up this morning to nothing. What happened what can I do. Do you think because it's a older one it dead for good.

Hi @Hookm1 Sometimes it is just time for the device to die. You shouldn't leave it on the charger more than a few hours. You could ask support how your battery looks from their end, as they see more than we do. Their phone number is (877)623-4997, if you're in the USA.
