Have not used Fitbit for some time as strap broke. Trying to charge it with battery bank but it pulses but shows nothing on the screen???

Hello @brittanclark 

I’d let it charge at least 30 minutes since you haven’t worn it in awhile and the battery is most likely fully drained. If your Charge 4 continues to have issues I’d try restarting your Fitbit.
