My fitbit dont connect Witherspoon my Phone samsung galaxy s10. I dont get messeges och phonecalls, or any notifications. Have done every thing that is possible to make it work. I like to return it to The store.

Hi @SunsetRunner have you worked with customer support or checked out the Fitbit help article on notifications? click to read how notifications work. As for returning it, where you purchased it makes a difference as each retailer has a different time frame. After the time frame is over, you can only work with support to resolve issues, but it wouldn't be possible to return it.

Hi!
I have checked up fitbit help and try'd every steps but it dosen't work. My retail say's that i must contact fitbit first to see if there is something more i can try.
