Just got the Charge 2 yesterday and it doesn’t seem to count all the steps I take inside my house. I will count 100 steps around my house and it only counts around 10. I also have certain goals to meet as an incentive thru my health care provider. I will watch these steps count up towards the 500 mark; and then they fall back down to say 179 and then drop to 63 and freeze there.
I have have tried restarting 3-4 times like other posts have suggested but still no help. Any other options?

Hey @Haleye, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I'd like to ask you this, where are the steps dropping exactly, from your Charge 2 itself or from the Fitbit app after you synced, you noticed that the amount decreases? By the way, thanks for trying to restart your Fitbit to try to fix this.

I think I figured out why I thought it was dropping steps. I was seeing the decrease in steps when I was doing the fitness goal of 500 steps in 7 min. If I went past the 7 min it took away the first steps I took at the beginning of the time period.
But it it is still not counting all the steps I take inside and around my house.
