My fitbit has stopped showing heartrate on runs, on the map it now says not enough data. I have updated and reinstalled the app but have seen no difference.

it has now also stopped correctly counting calories, i imagine these things are connected.

Hi @achildrasputin  see this article - click - for information on heart rate data. The burned calories? It relies on your activity to determined what you've burned, so if it's not getting your heart rate, it isn't sure on those. Read the article and see if any of that helps, but let us know.

Hi,

Thanks for your response, but tis hasnt helped. Id already tried the things listed to no avail. 

Could it be something to do with a software update? Ive seen others having the same problem but havent found any solutions.

Its very frustrating, as my fitbit is now essentialy useless, it only gives me distance.
