Charge 2 says notifications on

fitbit display says off

and not getting notifications on Fitbit

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @blondier. Thank you for letting us know that you´re not getting notifications on your Charge 2.

 

Could you please confirm that you have followed the instructions of help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

 

Please make sure that your tracker is not on Sleep mode.
