Love it but I use to.have an alta and all notifications are showing for that alta fitbit not my new one and I cannot delete them can anyone help

@Liz1404, welcome! It's great to see you around! 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not getting notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Also where is that you can't delete your messages from? Could you share a picture?
