I am unable to get text messages and call notifications on my Fitbit charge 2. Any ideas?

Try going through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for notification problems at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1610/
Hopefully this will sort things out but, if not, then as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.
