This is the 2nd HR that I have had. First one I loved but was ruined at old job. Purchased a second one and have had so many problems. Couldn't get it to keep a charge right after purchase. Figured out it was a bad charger cord so I ordered new cord now always having problems with getting my band to sync with app. Can't find devise. Extremely frustrating, did not want to have to go to different company but now looking too.

The Charge HR has been out of production for well over 2 years. It was replaced with the Charge 2 which was then replaced 2 years later with the Charge 3. If you just bought a Charge HR there could be a host of problems with something that sat on a shelf discharged for that long. Are you posting to the correct tracker forum?
