So I bought a second hand Fitbit Charge HR. I’ve managed to factory reset it but can’t get it connected to my phone through bluetooth.

I only really want to use it as a step counter so I’m not that fussed on having it to my phone. But I cannot change the time!

This os really stressing me out.

any help greatly appreciated!

Thank you

It does not sound like you have set it up. It will not work until you do.

To download software or App

To set it up

If you have trouble see this Article on Why cant I set up my Fitbit?

To add to the good advice from @WendyB ,

you will not be able to set the time without getting it set up and synced.  The only way to set the time is the tracker getting the time from your phone or other sync device, after it is set up and connected.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
