Charge not syncing after update

My Charge HR updated this past week from my phone app. I noticed I was not getting notifications to my fitbit (the testing a call option didn't work either). I did everything from restarting my phone, turning off my bluetooth, etc. Last night I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and my phone couldn't read it. I deleted it from the app and now when I try and add the device to the app it can not read it to install it back onto the app. HELP!

Same here but won't sync unless on wifi

I got mine to sync again (put on charger and hold in the button  and it resets the fitbit) but I'm still not getting notifications.

I tried this bit it only starts a timer when I hold the button in.  Not working for me.

Hi Lorey, make sure you plug it into a charger and when you see the battery charging on the display then you press the side button for around 9-12 seconds, and when you see the version number on the display then you can release the side button. Hope this helps
