My Charge HR updated this past week from my phone app. I noticed I was not getting notifications to my fitbit (the testing a call option didn't work either). I did everything from restarting my phone, turning off my bluetooth, etc. Last night I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and my phone couldn't read it. I deleted it from the app and now when I try and add the device to the app it can not read it to install it back onto the app. HELP!
I got mine to sync again (put on charger and hold in the button and it resets the fitbit) but I'm still not getting notifications.
Best AnswerHi Lorey, make sure you plug it into a charger and when you see the battery charging on the display then you press the side button for around 9-12 seconds, and when you see the version number on the display then you can release the side button. Hope this helps
