A few wks ago I had to reset my Charge 3 cause the face wouldnt light up and now its doing the same thing wont turn on ave only had it 3yrs and never had an issue untill now, also it has stopped vibrating

It could be Screen Wake or Sleep Mode, both accessed by holding in side button a few seconds.  No vibrations could mean DND turned on.

But it's tough to tell with the info you have given.  You say the face won't light up.  Do you really mean it won't light up at all, so you can never see anything?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you. I had the same problem, but because of what you said, I found it was in sleep mode. Works great now.
