I've tried both on my android phone and pc. I click to add device, hold fitbit for 3 seconds, 4 numbers appear and i enter them in the app. It just spins forever and fails. On the pc it says unable to connect to fitbit.com on the android no error message. I dont know if fitbit server is having issues right now or what....

Hi @Jeffchitown welcome to the Community! Sounds too bad that you're having these issues when you attempt to set up your tracker. Let me suggest you something, on your PC, please try to uninstall the Fitbit Connect software and reinstall it, then try to set up your Fitbit. If the same error appears, then try to uninstall the Fitbit app and reinstall it. In addition, I would like you to perform a restart of your tracker before start the set up process again.

Let me know if this works! I'll be around. Woman Happy
