Hi @Jeffchitown welcome to the Community! Sounds too bad that you're having these issues when you attempt to set up your tracker. Let me suggest you something, on your PC, please try to uninstall the Fitbit Connect software and reinstall it, then try to set up your Fitbit. If the same error appears, then try to uninstall the Fitbit app and reinstall it. In addition, I would like you to perform a restart of your tracker before start the set up process again.

Neither of my nor my husbands fitbits will pair they are not being recognised tried following on MULTIPLE occasions.

Neither my husband nor my own Fitbit will pair with either of our iPhones are using iOS 13.3. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app is rebooting the devices turning on and off the Bluetooth ensuring that no other Bluetooth device is open we have even tried setting up new accounts nothing works devices will not pair
