In notifications, I haven’t had a new notification since 14 June 2018, although I receive them on the app eg, goal completed etc.
the notifications is red indicating an unread message.
how can I fix this? Help appreciated

Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums @Reesy 😄
I'd like to answer this for you.
Based on customer feedback, we stopped showing notifications in the Notification Center. You can continue to receive these notifications as push notifications by turning on Push Notifications in the app under Account > Notifications. Additionally, ensure that Notifications is selected in your iPhone settings.
Hope this helps and if you need anything else, I'm here to help!
PS. I'm moving your post to the iOS app board for categorization purposes

Was there an answer on how to delete the messages under Notifications? It still shows red but I have read them all back in 2018. How can I delete so the red mark goes away? Thanks
